All you have to do is substitute the fat for veggies and make the sandwich filling the fat (not oil) instead of the bread. Make it in advance because it freezes really well.
If you like to make low carb chicken salad, here is one that works great. You can use the ingredients from this salad in almost any recipe that you will use low carb!
Your best friend’s chicken you have seen on TV is now available in a convenient ready to eat form. This recipe is called Bacon and Chicken.
A nice little meal that can be made in the oven or pan is this Chicken and Leek Soup. It is low carb and easy to prepare, and very flavorful!
You can find a number of easy to chicken recipes online, but if you need more variety in one package, try the grilled chicken with white rice. It is fairly easy to make too. It makes a nice side dish for a meal, but also delicious as an entree.
